either online or in our retail computer store in Ann Arbor,

buy computer systems online, your order is
usually shipped within 24 hours, depending upon availability of
merchandise and proper credit verification. Sorry, we do not ship on

Order Computers or Computer Parts for In-store Pick up
All
local customers may wish to pick up their online orders at our
store, thus saving shipping charges. If you wish to pick-up at our
store, you must place the order online in order to receive the
online prices. Online prices are not valid in-store unless the order
was placed online! Please allow 24hrs. (excluding weekends) to
process your order. Any orders not picked up with-in 7 days, will be
canceled and your credit card refunded less 15% return fee, unless
other arrangements have been made with Amlink. |

Shipping Your Computer or Computer Parts Order
Our policy is to process all orders promptly. Actual shipping
time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit
verification. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving
your order. We ship UPS Ground, and your order should arrive in 3-5
business days. In the event of delays, we will attempt to contact
you by phone or e-mail.
We can
ship via Federal Express to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipments to Canada may be subject to import charges and taxes which
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated by total
weight. Shipping and handling costs will be added to your order.
Whenever possible multiple items will be packed together to reduce
shipping costs. |

Returns
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The
manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective
parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, if you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange
or refund (excluding shipping, handling charges and restocking fee
if applicable) within 14 days, subject to a Return Merchandise
Authorization # from us. Returns are subject to a restocking fee,
depending on the condition of the goods and the packaging material.
Due to market conditions, return amounts may be limited to current
market value, which may be less than purchase price.
To
return an item, first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) # by sending us an email to info@amtechonline.com
with your name, item, and order # if you know it. To obtain by
phone, call (734) 528-9800. We will send you a RMA# and the address
where to send returns.
Mark
the RMA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box, and include a
copy of your original invoice. Also use a shipping box, never ship
an item in it's retail box, this may cause your refund to be reduced
or rejected. |

following items are not accepted for returns, refunds, or credits...
So, please review carefully before placing an order to buy computer
parts in these categories.
CPUs, Hard drives, Memory, Printers, Retail Boxed Video or Sound
Cards, CD-RW Drives, Scanners, ANY OPENED RETAIL BOX PRODUCT.
These items, if defective (DOA) will be exchanged only, with-in 7
days of shipment date, outside of the 7 day period these items must
be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
You may contact us, or the manufacturer for warranty information.
All
exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition, unmarked and complete, including all drivers, packaging
materials, inserts and manuals, rebate/warranty cards (not
filled-out), intact UPC labels, and all accessories. Pack the items
into a shipping box (refunds may be reduced or voided for improper
shipping methods) with plenty of packing material, and taped
securely. Failure to include items, original packaging, or if in
other than factory condition may cause your refund to be reduced or
refused.
Please
send your package to us via UPS, Federal Express or insured and
prepaid US Mail, use a service with package tracking, for your
protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Amlink Technologies can
not be liable for lost packages.
We
cannot be held responsible for typographic or pictorial errors. We
reserve the right to refuse any order.
